New App. When it automatically uploaded one of my base stations and three cameras are disappeare

When the new app automatically downloaded one of my base stations and three cameras disappeared. I have two bait stations with a total of seven cameras located in two different cities. I need to know how to try and get them back.

Each user has a Home location. More locations need to be in a different Home, which should bring back that base and cameras. Do you see 2 Home locations when you click on Home or just one? Try using this FAQ to add the new location:

No.  Under "locations and plans" I still only see one Hub.  The other is gone.  Ironically the missing Hub is located at my current location.  I tried to re-load it with no luck.  I tried Arlo help but was not able to reach anyone.

Was the other hub shared from a different account?
