Network key problem

I have reset my netgear modem router I ca not connet to netgear via my computer or phone because i can have access to network key And the network key is not on the back of the modem

This is not a netgear forum (Arlo is a separate company). Try googling your specific model and "support" with site:www.netgear.com appended to the search string. That should take you to the Netgear page for your gateway. The user manual should give you the default network name/password.
