Cannot sync app with equipment-

When I try to connect app & base model, it says it cannot find any devices. I have rebooted base station and tried several times with no luck

Still need a lot more details. WHat are the LEDs on the base showing? Is this a new installation? Are you on a device that's connected to the same network that the base is connected to? What have you tried? What do you see?

All lights are on, it is connected to our router. I spent almost an hour on phone this morning with tech support, then they told me to call back tomorrow. Not very happy with that, I am sending it back and a replacement is on the way. Hopefully that will help. Thanks for trying to help me, sorry I really didn’t know what I needed to describe on here.
