I purchased an Arlo Pro with 4 cameras yesterday and installed it around my house. As I am checking the performance of night vision, I am noticing that all expect one camera are not giving me a good night vision. Except one, all of them give me a max of 1 or 2 feet distance vision, nothing more than that. The cameras are working fine in the day time.
I tried turning off the night vision on those cameras and turning them back on. I also rebooted the base. Its not helping.
Can you please help?

I had a white-balance tinting issue. Current firmware bug (as of this posting). It was caused by having PAN & ZOOM set / on. As a workaround, resetting fixed my white-balance issue and the agent said it also fixes a night-vision bug where the live-feed becomes pitch-black (button would be available to push when the feature is on). Fix scheduled for firmware push Q2 this year. See if this may be your issue.
