NETGEAR, Fix The Microphone Issue NOW!!!!

Read every post about the microphones and I've essentially had it with the non-fix to this issue.

 

You're asking people to spend upwards of $300 for the basic kit (I spent $800 on a 5-camera kit) and you can't manage to get the 2-way audio working correctly, that's UNSATISFACTORY, PERIOD!

 

What's worse is that you don't even offer a 3.5mm jack to plug an external speaker into it to offset the garbage speaker the user needs to use to speak to people on the other side of the video camera.

 

Fix it NOW......no more excuses, over 2 years of complaints and you've yet to resolve it! FIX IT NOW!!!

Microphone volume will vary depending on the device used. Are you experiencing low or no volume at all? Do you experience similar results when using different devices (mobile app on a phone, web client on a PC, etc.)? Have you checked the speaker volume for your camera(s)?
