My push to talk feature does not work on my new Arlo Pro camera while using my I-Phone 6s plus. I click on the mic icon and speak into the phone but no sounds is heard from the camera or base station. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having the same problem with my Arlo Pro cameras as well. When I press the button and speak, I hear absolutely nothing out of the cameras.

Thanks. I have been troubleshooting it this morning. I think I've narrowed it down to a bad microphone on my iPhone. It works fine with my wife's iPhone.
