My alert stopped sending to my registered email.

I have been receiving alerts through my email but suddenly, i am no longer receiving them. Did the policy change?

No but issues with ISPs can cause this. WHat email provider are you using? Have you tried setting email notifications to a different email address as well as your chosen one?

I can not find where you change the notification email.  Do you know where to find them in on-line account?

All settings like this are in your modes and rules in the Mode tab. Have you read the various FAQs here on making changes to these?

I have tried tio change my email address through my account and got a  reply that mentioned your email has been used which I haven't used it yet.

I can't explain that but you can add a second email address for email notifications in your modes and rules, not in your profile.
