my husband hotmail is not receiving any notification for access granted nor email for resetting password. Please help.. thx

Hi @IrisKelowna,

 

We had an incident on our end where some users were not receiving email notifications from Arlo but should now be fixed. You can reference from our System Status page on the front page of the our community page.
