My issue is very similar...All original equipment I've had the unit for about three weeks. Again using all original equipment, one of my camera batteries will not charge. Any suggestions?

Thank you...issue resolved. I used a different USB and battery began charging. I then switched back to original arlo charger and...it all worked. Perhaps it was user error but I cant see what I may have done wrong.

Swap batteries around and try charging to see if it's the camera or battery.
