My brand new ARLO pro purchased yesterday wouldn't process a new account. I contacted support and they still haven't fixed the situation. I am very displeased with the service and product thus far.

A lovely lady on the customer service line just helped me. It is troublesome that my new product was registered under someone else's name and it was a brand new device (not returned). Do not buy a returned product because I can gaurantee you will run into this same issue.

You are absolutely correct that if the previous owner did not remove the devices from his/her account you will have to have Customer Support fix the situation for you or else you need to return and exchange the system. If you knew in advance that the system was a returned/refurbished system, that is one thing, but if the store was advertising the system as brand new, that is fraud.
