My cameras don't work since the website upgrade on my laptop or phone.
I'll be using my laptop to troubleshoot here. See below pictures of how my dashboard and devises pages look.
the cameras show as being offline, but when I open the device and try to slide button to turn on, nothing happens.
Please help.

Issue solved. I only needed to unplug it for a minute, then plug it back in.
