My Arlo pro don't want to connect through the app

I just got my Arlo pro system and I'm having problems to get it connected tru the app

WHat are the base LEDs showing? There must be green for power and Internet. If that's ok, are you on your own WiFi, the same network as the base? You can't set up using cell service. What have you tried? What do you see?
