i have a 3 camera pr , one camera will not stay on line and i have read all the trounble shooting recommendations. . any ideas what i can do. the system is 1 day old

Bring the cam to within 1 feet of the base station then re-sync it. Then move it to your desired location.

It may have to do with the location. Swap cameras around to see if the issue stays with the camera or the location.
