When I go to the webpage it comes on with June's file not September. Everything is deleted back from today. Windows ten all browsers.

Hmmm... That's a new one. You can try flushing the browser's cache but the fact that all browsers (which ones?) are doing this makes that unlikely. Have you rebooted the computer? What happens if you use a mobile browser (use the browser menu to use the desktop version of the site)?
