Motion Sensor Is Not Triggering

Hi All
Yesterday I purchased and installed 2 of the wireless pro cameras and base station.
Both cameras were working as expected, now 1 is not triggering from the motion sensor..
Could this be due to a frost overnight?
I have adjusted the sensitivity percentage and nothing?
Any quick tips before I chase a replacement?

Frost on the sensor port could be an issue but I doubt it (I'm in Rochester, NY and haven't had the problem). Where did you adjust sensitivity? It has to be in your modes and rules - the motion test just gives you a number to plug into your rules. Camera positioning can also be an issue - post a screenshot from the camera for suggestions.
