More than one viewer at a time?

I have the Arlo Pro with 4 wireless cameras, and I also added 1 Arlo Q. I use this system for both security cameras and also as a baby monitor (specifically, the "Q" is in the baby's room). I have two questions:

1. I have read in other posts that two different people can view the same camera at the same time, however, I have not been able to do this. For example, I granted access to a guest account which is used by the babysitter. When she is logged in and viewing the baby's room, I am not able to log in from my account and also view it at the same time. When I press "live", it processes and processes until it finally tells me that it cannot connect. Why is this? Am I doing something wrong?

2. I have read that only 4 cameras can be streaming at one time from a base station. We rarely use more than one camera at a time. I currently have 4 wireless cameras and 1 "Q". I would like to add two more "Q" cameras. Do I need to buy another base station, or can I add these two cameras to my existing? Like I said, I'm not concerned about streaming more than 4 cameras at one time. I have the basic plan of free cloud storage for 7 days.

#1... In order for more than one viewer at the same time, the Primary owner GRANTS ACCESS to another user.  This is on a per camera basis. Also some  admin rights can be granted the secondary viewer

If the granted access was confirmed AND the camera is granted to the secondary user it should work fine

The Q camera works thru your WIFI and works as its own system( separate from the regular Arlos ), make sure you grant access in the Q camera

#2 You can stream from a base a max of 5 cameras AT THE SAME TIME... so throwing in a Q is a little different as it doesn't go thru the base.

BUT, on the Basic ( free) level, you are still limited to a total of 5 cameras ( higher levels allow more cameras )

The BASE Unit has nothing to do with a Q camera, as they go directly to your home wifi
