when I press the microphone in live on my computer or phone a msg says I need google chrome? Does google chrome support arlo pro? I have windows 10.

You may be leaving out some details. On the phone, the app would never ask for Chrome since the app handles it all. On a computer, Chrome may be asking for permission to use the mic but I'm not sure.

Give us all details. Be sure to separate the app and browser attempts so we don't get confused.
