I have two base stations with cameras that were working fine last night. The app updated overnight, and now one base station and all of it's cameras disappeared, and I cannot add them back. Strangely, I am still getting push notifications from at least one of the cameras, but even if I click through them, it opens the app and there is no sign of that camera. Any advice on this?

Not quite.  If you want to continue to use two accounts, then you log into the other account, and add the Pro 5s.  That will start by migrating the account to the new interface.  Once that is done, you will see the second home location in your main account.  No need to re-add the shared cameras.

If you want to consolidate to one account, then you need to remove the base and cameras from the other account, and reinstall them to yours.  No need to use the Pro 5s hack in that case.

Were both base stations installed to the same account?  Or were the cameras from one base shared?

I had forgotten because it's been so long, but the lost ones actually were from another account and shared. I had them set up to show in this account. They still show as shared in their account, but I cannot find a way to make them show up as shared devices on the new app.

If you want to keep them shared, you need to migrate the other account to the "Feed" interface.

You do that by going into "add device" and starting to add a Pro 5s camera.  While that can't be finished without the camera, the workflow will migrate you to "Feed" before you get stuck.

After that you will see two "home" locations in your account - one for the primary cameras, the other for the shared cameras.  You can rename them to avoid confusion.  but you will not be able to see all camera at once - you'll need to switch locations instead.

If you have 5 or fewer unsubscribed cameras, then you could instead remove the cameras and base from the shared account and then re-install them to your account.  Though this is a bit risky, as some folks have had trouble reinstalling older equipment.

Thanks for the info. So I go into the app that is showing the cameras on my account, add device, add the Pro 5s, and that should get me to something that will allow me to add my shared cameras? I think I am missing something - that is just timing out for me looking for the camera being added, but I can't add the shared cameras or see another location.

Thank you! That did it. I would have never figured out that I needed to do that. Really appreciate your help.
