Login failed on iphone11 pro

My login has failed because the server does not recognize my device. It was working for the past 10 months but on Sunday , September 6, 2020 I was locked out . Has any one have this problem?

I asked an expert and it was just tapping the e-mail section to report my device and get the code. I am in now.
