I am still using the old Arlo Pro (VMB4000) with 2 cameras (front door and back door) and everything was working fine until this morning when, upon opening the app, everything looks different and I am now in a "Secure Trial" plan for 31 days? I am using an iPhone and iPad on iOS 18 and now the front door camera doesn't send push notifications with audio alert anymore (but it does record the motion in "Feed")...while the back door camera IS sending push notifications but also without the audio alert anymore (but it does record the motion in "Feed" as well).
I have tried:
-My devices are in the "Arm Away" mode and both cameras have device rules set to "Send Notification" and "Notify Everyone".
-I have deleted and recreated the rules.
-Rebooted the base station and cameras.
-Uninstalled/reinstalled the Arlo app.
-Confirmed Arlo app notifications are allowed in the iOS settings and sound is turned up on the devices
-Profile -> Notifications -> Notification Tone -> set to "Vibrant"
-Profile -> Home -> Mute Notification is "Off"
-When I click the gear icon for each camera...for the Front Door it says "This device is currently in the Arm Away mode and is detecting motion"...while for the Back Door it says "This device is currently in the Arm Away mode and is detecting audio, motion" so I'm not sure why the difference or how to change. All other settings appear to be the same and they are on the same firmware versions.
This is really frustrating since I didn't ask for this change/update and now it broke major functionality. What else can I try? And will the system revert back to how it was after the 31 day trial?

@BrookeN or @ShayneS Any other ideas I can try? Since it's an Arlo Pro I assume there is no official support available either right?

Check the arm away rule for the back door camera, and see if audio detection is enabled there.

Maybe double-check that the apple settings for the app still have notifications enabled.

You'll still be using the new "Feed" interface. Arlo has been slowly migrating people to "Feed" for the past two years - at some point "Library" will be dropped and everyone will be using it.

Thank you for the reply.
-Weirdly audio detection is disabled for both cameras so I'm not sure why it thinks the back door is detecting audio.
-Yes iOS notifications are fully on/enabled (lock screen, notification center, banners...persistent banner style and sounds on)
-Understood. What is the "Secure Trial - 31 days left" though? What will go away/change in 31 days?

They just gave you a free trial subscription. You should end up with the same features you had before you were migrated to Feed - including free 7-day cloud recording. But you will still be using the same interface you are seeing now. That will nor revert back.

My free 7 day cloud storage did not revert back after arlos forced trial. While my cameras work, upon expiration of the trial it no longer records and say free trial ended and I now need a subscription. Just beware.

The 7 day storage is still available. Have you tried logging out of the account and logging back in to see if you can see the recordings?
