Just purchased a house with an Arlo Pro system

I have just purchased a house with the above system, but the previous owner did not leave any instruction on how to switch over the account and get the system connected with the new internet service. Can anyone give me some advice on how to set up this account?

In this case you will have to talk to Support because the system is probably still registered in his name with his email address and password.

If you can contact the previous owner and have log into his account and remove everything, you should be able to start from scratch without contacting Support.

Support will probably want to see some sort of documents to prove that the previous owner is no longer using the system.

If you can't contact the previous owner then Support is the only place that can delete everything from the system.

The Prev owner may have deleted all prior to leaving it... only way is to try and put online ( or ask them )

 

 

If you get the password/email to access the old account you need to use REMOVE DEVICE on each camera and then the base unit last
