Just got Arlo Pro 2 5 camera set: can't stop email notifications

I just set up my Arlo Pro 2 camera set, but can't turn off the email notifications through the website.. I've tried to uncheck the box for notifications and then save, but it always turns back on. Do I need to adjust other settings to be able to turn off email? Thank you,

Hey @JBell02,

 

Just to make sure, are you saying that when you hit "Save," the box still stays checked for email notifications? Are you able to turn off the email notifications through the Arlo app on your mobile device?
