Is there a way to boost my mobile signal for better connectivity inside a metal barn?

Trying to stream inside a stall where one of my mares is giving birth. Exterior of the barn is metal which interferes with connectivity. Help please!!

Moving the base could help. Are there windows? Using a WiFi extender in the barn to allow the base to connect there but still converse with the router is a possibility. Also, just running a long Ethernet cable to the barn may be useful.
