Installing on a dock that does not have an internet ethernet connection, only wifi approx 150 yds away witha booster 10 yds away. Single is good.

 

I need to convert the wifi signal to an ethernet connection to operate Arlo base as there is no hard port for an ethernet connection.

 

Is there a reliable device with high data capacity  to do that?

The WiFi extender should do the trick. You don't say what your booster is but many such devices have an Ethernet port that you can plug the base into.
