Cameras constantly lose connection, base station often goes offline, doesn’t pick up until in most cases person has already walked by, batteries in high traffic areas MIGHT last a week, many times it doesn’t record the event. I can go on and on. I use Arlo as a kind of back up now, I installed a hardwire system that works, i don't have to wait for the camera to come on if I want to see what’s going on. Too many times it takes minutes to see a live shot with Arlo. If this is one of the better wireless cameras on the market then certainly don’t try others either. I’m retired ADT Security Services, wireless wasn’t anywhere close to as good as hardwire then and it obviously has not changed. Plus with cost of wireless now Arlo is in my opinion price gouging. By yourself a 1080p hardwire system with cloud option, you will be much more satisfied and won’t miss recordings like the wireless does.
