Why when I push the talk button does my voice sound all scratchy and un audible *(the microphone button.}                I have had one camera replaceded now its happenning to another one

If this is the second camera with the same behavior, it could be the mic on your device that has an issue.To further isolate, consider trying to use the push to talk feature from a different device.
