I'm not getting a push notification to verify my identity

I removed my VBM4000 base from my account and the app is not seeing it anymore when trying to re-install it. 

I deleted the App and re-installed it with no difference.

Now when trying to log into my Arlo account account from my computer, I'm getting this message "We don't recognize this device. We sent a push notification to  xxxx Mobile  to verify your identity.." But I'm not receiving a notification. I checked my iPhone and all the notifications are turned ON.  

Not sure what else to do, please help.

Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Wait ~2 minutes for it to reboot and verify that Power and Internet LEDs are green and Camera is off or amber. If that's correct, try adding the base back to your account again.

I can now connect to my account via my computer. 

When I connect the VMB4000 base to the network, all 3 lights are green, meaning that it's still connected to the cameras. But I still cannot add that base back to my account, from the computer or from the App. Not sure if I need to disconnect all the cameras first by resetting them or removing their batteries.
