I have a Arlo battery that wont charge - purchased at Costco - how do I return for replacement?

Can I return to Costco?  its about 7 months old - failed on first recharge.

You give up easy. Did you read the FAQ about correcting dead batteries here? Did you open a case with support?

I searched at length for info - no luck
I will return it to Costco
