Honestly stay away, unluckily I bought 4 Arlo pro cameras with two bases Two batteries died, the charger died, I also bought a solar panel, which, of course, is crap as well, it broke as well and the support won't respond. Try Nest, they are very good cameras, at least the have Google behind. I have one and is perfect. Or Ring I have one as well.. no problems so far. SImone

Yes, of course, I tred everything.
Support told me to send back the crappy solar panel, but I am in Colombia now and from here, sending back the panel is more expensive than the cost of the panel itself.
I proposed I would send it back to Arlo in Europe, as in May I will be there.
They said is impossible.
They also said that I will be out of warranty at that time, as it is one year.
So, I decided to destroy the panel in a video and post it everywhere, stay tuned.
