I don't see "record" button when on "live" vlew

What happened that when I go 'Live" on my camera that it does not have the action symbols at the bottom anymore? I have nothing to stop, record, mic, zoom, or anything, just the live action now.

I just tried this and I get all the icons. Reboot the base and maybe reinsert the battery to reset the camera.
