I regretfully added arlo to my email notifications and OMG! It has blown up my mail its annoying AF! Dose anyone know how to remove it from my mail It says to go to my arlo app but I cant seem to locate the option. Help!

It's where you set them to work in the first place - your modes and rules. Turn off email and/or push notifications.

BTW, if you get that many notifications, your batteries likely won't run long. It sounds like changing sensitivity and/or camera position is needed.
