How to receive Push Notification for Pro?

How do I get push notifications about movement/audio??

These are available on a per camera basis, so you will have to go to the Mode screen, select the mode you are using, probably the Armed mode, and edit each camera's rules. For each rule, scroll down until you see the check boxes for push notifications and email notifications and select them.
