How to charge Arlo Pro cameras after years of no use

combo pack of six cameras, i have not used my arlo cameras for over a year.  Took them out of the box and the batteries are not charging. Are the batteries dead?

Maybe not

if the charge is to low, you have to try and charge them several times so it gets to a min level to start a charge.
