How to add multiple locations to one subscription

Hello,

I presently have a pd subscription for location A, which stores media clips from Location A's Cameras.

How do I sync cameras from location B to my location A Account so as to view their media? 

 

Last month, Arlo phone support said that I had to be physically present at Location B in order to do this.

I called from location B and got the run around followed by a disconnect with no return call.

 

Online support gives the appearance of just sending  A an invite from B. However, B will not allow me to input the correct email address. Help? Thank you very much.

Do you have two accounts (with cameras at two locations)?

Or do you just have one account?

 

If you are wanting to move the cameras from account B to Account A, then you do need to be at the camera location.  Once there, you remove the cameras (and base if you use one) from account B.  Then add them back to account "A".  

 

If your account uses "Feed", rather than "Library", then you should consider setting up a new location in Account "A" for the cameras at location "B".  This would be needed if you want to use geofencing, and if you want to control the cameras at the two locations independently.  The downside is that you will need two subscriptions (one for each location).

Are you wanting to see

  • the cameras in account "B" in "A"? ? 
  • the cameras in account "A" in "B"??
  • or both?

Are you trying to do the invite from the app?  If you are, try using a PC browser (my.arlo.com).
