How do I get the power light to appear on my arlo base?

I only see a green "internet" light. The unit is plugged in. I lost connectivity a few days ago and can't figure out how to connect back.

Hi @kaylah2003,

 

Just to make sure, are you saying that you don't see the power light on? Have you tried plugging your Arlo Base Station on a different power outlet to see if that works? You can see here what the LED lights mean on your Arlo Base Station: What do the LEDs on my Arlo SmartHub or base station mean?
