How do I determne what model of cameras I have?

I have 2 different models of Arlo cameras attached to my base station.  How do I determine which type / model of cameras I have?  Cannot seem to find it on my account,,,, just says H8 or H7.. not Arlo Pro 2, etc.

Open the cameras, remove the battery, and then look for a label inside that starts with VMC.

What do you do with the VMC # once you have it?

You can of course post it here, and we can follow up.

 

You can also look at the left pane here: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/doc  That will tell you the VMC model for each camera.
