How do I accept a granted access invite?

I already have 5 Arlo cameras and my sister invited me to join her Arlo. I can’t figure how to accept her invite. Need help!

I have read all through Arlo. I looked at the link you sent. I’m either blind or it’s just telling how to invite friends. I know how to invite but I’m the one being invited and it won’t let me accept the invite

Have you tried to delete & re-invite over the web portal? Have you checked the junk/spam folder?

I’m not doing the inviting. I was invited to join someone else’s. It’s just not letting me. We are about to uninstall and start from scratch
