I am going through a divorce and have a restraining order on my husband I want to set up arlo cameras on a new account for me to use? Is this possible?

Whose email address has the system set up now? If it's yours, just change the password and remove him from Settings, Grant Access. If he has it set up, he would need to remove all devices in his account from Settings, My Devices. If he won't do that, you may need a court order or other legal manuever to make him do it.

Or physically remove the old system and buy a new system.
