Home Secure Multi-Camera plan - how to access older vidos

Hello

We have an annual Arlo plan for - 'Secure Multi-Camera'. The feed is deleted after 30 days however we are desperate to retrieve some videos from September. It is really sad what has happened but these extra videos would be of a major help for his. Is there anyway to retrieve recordings from our doorbell from September?

    Unfortunately, once the cloud videos are deleted, there is no way to retrieve them.

     

    If you have an Arlo base with storage attached, then there could be local recordings. So if that is the case, you should try ejecting the storage from the base using the app, and then connect it to a PC - looking for the recordings there.
