Help reinstalling Arlo Pro

Hi there 

 

one of my Arlo pro cameras stopped working fully charged. I removed it from the app and cannot reconnect to the app. 
any suggestions?

What happens with the camera LED when you first insert the battery? It should briefly blink blue. When you connect the camera to AC power it should also blink blue briefly, indicating that power was applied.
