I wanted to buy the arlo Pro with the Hardware version 11. Is there a list of s/n #'s that have v11 that I can reference? I am aware of issues with previous versions and do not want to deal with those issues.

There's no list. Some problems are widespread, others relatively unique to the installation. There's no knowing whether you get a "good" one.
