#Granting access not working

My husband granted me access to his exciting ARLO account., I accepted the invite in the body of the email. I clicked "create account" I then created my own credentials. but when I login to the APP I don't see devices or feed. It also doesn't show I'm liked to a subscription. Plan. We removed me and regranted me access but that didn't work. What am I doing wrong. Do I need to add a device? I though once I logged in It would automatically show his devices and camera feed.

It appears that using a computer to click on the emailed link works better for some reason. Have you tried that?

I’ll try that. Im assuming I would login in with my credentials I created correct?
