I am trying to add my husband as a "friends" so he can access cameras without kicking me off the system. I gave him access to all computers plus the base. We have sent the e-mail, he has accepted the e-mail and downloaded the App. But we keep getting "No Arlo devices found". Please help.

Go back into your app to the Grant Access section and Click on your husbands name. Click on all the cameras to share with him and grant him admin priveledges.

Follow the emailed directions carefully and fully. He isn't setting the system up, he's just accepting the invitation.
