Granting Access - Forces me to setup a new system

I have been sent the invite to share and view an Arlo Pro system, but when I click the link and put in my user and password for my Arlo account it says that a "Netgear Account has been detected, but no Arlo products associatted with it". It only gives me the option to set up a new system. It doesn't give me the option to connect to an exsisting system (the one I was invited to).

The user granting you access, must toggle the cameras you are allowed to view

They have selected all the cameras and base in the system when granting access.

When you receive the email invitation click the "Create my own Arlo account" link in the email body. That will bring up the log in page, if you have an existing account, enter that account information and click "Log in". You must log in using the web page linked from the invitation email to complete the sharing process.

Hi Guys

 

i'm having the same issue as above and cannot resolve it with the above methods.

I have a netgear Arlo pro device which I just purchased.

 

 

Just sorted it out...i had an account created but you need to rather than sign in, press create account again and agree to Ts&C's on PC rather than mobile.
