I have granted access to a person but is not able to have access to the cameras, not controls. Arlo App does not detect the person's location so it triggers my house alarm.

This is because the app this person is able to download is different from the one I have where I have the main account.

I have already tried all the recommendations of removing and adding back the person signing in with a different device (which it actually is a nonsense suggestion because the person can't just buy a different cell phone or use two phones only for this).

The person used to have full access before app update without issues; but now when the person logs in gets an "Unknown Error" message.

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu?  Or do you instead see "Library"?

What does the other person see in their app menu?

Both accounts need to match - so if one sees "Library" it needs to be migrated to "Feed".  We can help with that.

Also, double-check that the invite was accepted in your app.

FWIW, the same app version supports both interfaces (that has been the case for over two years).  So this is not really about the app version, it is about how Arlo has the two accounts set up in their cloud.

Can you clarify?

Are you saying that you have geofencing set up for the second person?
