Got a new router but Arlo system won't connect. Tried factory reset.

So I recently had to get a new router and unlike previous times of doing so, this one is way more advanced.  I am not able to connect my entire Arlo system to it.  I had done a factory reset several times.  Can anybody help me?

What router model did you get?

I imagine you've connected the base station to one of the EERO ethernet ports.

 

If so, then what internet status are you seeing on the LEDs?  https://kb.arlo.com/000039100/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-mean

 

Is the base still showing up in your account when you log into https://my.arlo.com ?

I appreciate all of your efforts however none of that is working. I have 2 green lights but one amber (camera).  The main unit is still offline thus I cannot get to activate.  I really don't know what the issue is. I had no problems when I first installed it a couple of years ago.

So that sounds like the camera won't sync (which wouldn't be the router). Did you try removing the camera from the account and re-adding it?
