Geofencing worked great but now says both devices are "unavailable."

Geofencing was working great. It always knew when either device left or arrived in the zone and I always got the notification at the same place! Loved it. Then it stopped working. Now both devices say “unavailable”. I changed nothing setting wise on either device or the Arlo. Since I noticed it stopped working I have reset everything I can think of. The phone, the phone settings, the app, the app settings. Any more ideas? I know there are lots of people with issues like this but I was hoping for something current and for input from people that had it working great then had it stop. Thanks
