Galaxy S20 Ultra can't login to app

I just upgraded to the Galaxy S20 Ultra. I can not log into the app from the S20. Are there compatibility issues with this device? When I try to log in, the app tells me "Login incorrect"  I can still log in and out using my Galaxy S9.

NOTE: I'm forced to pick a Model. There isn't any selection for the app.

Usu the brand new phone, brand new issues....

contact Arlo and let them know.  they may be testing the new phone but better to be proactive.
