Fully recharged battery shows low battery when replaced in Arlo Pro

Help! I have 4 wireless Arlo Pro cameras. One of the cameras was showing low battery that needed to be recharged. I replaced the battery with a fully charged battery pack. The app immediately showed the battery was still low in that camera and needed to be replaced. I thought maybe I hadn't fully recharged the battery, so I plugged it in again... The charging dock confirmed it was fully charged. Put it back in the camera, and again, shows low battery on the app. 

I saw some previous posts asking type of battery, these are the ones that came with the cameras, on Best Buy website they are listed as model # VMA4400-100NAS. 

Any suggestions?

Usu, removal and replacement of the battery pack solves the issue.

 

What I would try first ( and its easy ) is to reboot the base by the power button ...Off- ON

I tried this, but it is still showing zero battery on that camera.

Have you tried removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resyncing it?
