Friend never receives the email invitation

When I invite a fried to receive notifications of Arlo alerts, she never receives the email invitation. We have followed all the remedies listed in the community.
We checked spam - no invitations

We retyped the email address - no email invitation

We checked and rechecked the cameras. No email invitation

It sounds like the email provided could be blocking emails from Arlo. Have you tried a different email address? Do you still get the same behavior?
